Architectural and Interior Design

Overlake Golf and Country Club, Medina - Provide design concept for the remodel of the clubhouse, including new layouts for the general spaces along with the details for lighting, finishes, flooring for the locker rooms, and other related spaces.
Rainier Golf Club, Seattle - Provide design solutions for the remodel of the pool cabana and cafe, including lighting, finishes, flooring for the locker rooms, and other outdoor related spaces.
Sammamish Tennis and Athletic Club, Issaquah - Provided planning and full architecture and interior design services, including concept design, for this new 30,000 square foot athletic club. This was a major addition to existing indoor tennis courts.
The Bellevue Club, Bellevue - Designed new weight room area and athletic areas for the Club, including the new spa and ongoing remodeling efforts.
Continental Place Lobby, Seattle - Provided interior design services, including concept ideas, for the remodel of this existing lobby of this large condominium project. Designed new lighting, flooring, furnishings, and art.

KruseWoods Club and Hotel, Lake Oswego - Provided interior architecture and design services for this proposed 200,000 square foot club and hotel.
Columbia Athletic Club, Kirkland - Remodeled aerobic and cardio spaces, which included lighting, casework and acoustical panels. Provided long and short term design plans for future expansions.
Silver Lake Tennis and Athletic Club, Mill Creek – Provided architectural and interior design services for a spa and cafe addition, which included layouts, materials, finishes, etc. Provided long and short term design plans for future expansions.
Central Park Tennis Club, Kirland- Responsible for assisting in the remodel of this club’s lobby, entry and locker rooms, including lighting, finishes, flooring, and provided design work for the cafe, and entry.
Pine Lake Tennis and Athletic Club, Issaquah - Responsible for design of this contemporary club’s interiors, including lighting, finishes, flooring, and furnishings for most areas including the cafe, locker rooms, and other public and athletic spaces.

Highline Athletic Club, Burien - Provide architecture and interior design services for this Club's remodeling efforts, including the indoor pool, office spaces, athletic areas, and a new aerobics studio.
The Harbor Club, Seattle - Providing interior design services for this Club's remodeling efforts, including all public spaces, materials and finishes, art, etc.
The Elliott Hotel, Seattle - Providing all interior architecture and interior design services for this luxury 425 room Hotel, including guestrooms, lobbies, meeting and ballroom spaces, fitness club, and miscellaneous public and offices spaces.
The Kirkland Hotel, Kirkland - Designed the interior architecture and interiors for this soon to be constructed 91-room hotel. Responsible for all aspects including concept, furnishings, purchasing and installation for the guestrooms, lobby, café, spa and miscellaneous spaces.
The Madison Hotel, Seattle - Provided design services for the remodeling of the guestroom halls, meeting spaces, and restaurant. Designed carpeting, lighting, and wall coverings for this Renaissance Hotel.

The Hilton Hotel, Seattle – Responsible for remodeling the suites at this downtown Hotel; including finishes, lighting, and furnishings. Provided design for the remodel of the typical guestrooms.
Ruth Dykeman Children's Center, Burien - Developed facility programs and schematic designs for this Center's administrative, clinical and residential functions. Provided interior concept for this center’s new ‘house’.
Kennedy Hotel, Seattle - Developed design concepts and schematic designs for the redevelopment of this hotel (currently the Vintage Park Hotel); conducted cost analysis and feasibility studies for this downtown project.
The Westin Hotel, Downtown Seattle - Responsible for incorporating specialty lighting, art, and other specialty elements within the lobby, prefunction spaces, and public spaces in this downtown hotel.
Holland America Westours, Seattle - Designed and developed facility alternatives for the travel operating departments; analyzed policies and procedures, and recommended alternatives for operational improvements.

The Pools at the Bellevue Club - Responsible for remodeling the indoor pool at the Bellevue Club, including concept, interior architecture, and interior design, and also the exterior pool.
Bellevue Club Hotel, Bellevue - Designed the interior architecture and interiors for this 67-room hotel at this club. Responsible for all aspects including concept, furnishings, purchasing and installation for the guestrooms, lobby, library and miscellaneous spaces.
The Chrysalis Inn and Spa, Bellingham – Designed the interiors and interior architecture for this luxury spa and 45-room Hotel overlooking the bay, including guestrooms, lobbies, and spa areas.
The Gateway Commons Luxury Apartments, Mercer Island - Providing interior design and architectural services for this luxury apartment building in downtown Mercer Island, including the nine different unit types, lobbies, and other public areas.
Lincoln Square Condominiums, Bellevue – Prepared the interiors for this 110 unit residential project that was being developed in downtown Bellevue. Responsible for the design concept for the units and public spaces.

Avenue One Restaurant, Seattle - Provided design services for this 75-seat Pike area French-style bistro, with a small budget and historical building constraints.
Polaris Restaurant, Bellevue - Responsible for remodeling the 3,500 square foot restaurant ‘Polaris’ at the Bellevue Club, including concept, architecture, and interior design, and exterior elements.
Splash Cafe, Bellevue - Responsible for remodeling the 3,000 square foot cafe at the Bellevue Club, including concept, architecture, and interior design, and all exterior patio design.
Andiamo Restaurant, Bellevue - Responsible for the design services for this small, 50-seat neighborhood cafe, which had a limited budget and major constraints.
The Grinstein House, Seattle - Developed the concept for the materials and furnishings for this existing 4,000 square foot, three-level, townhouse overlooking Lake Washington in the Leschi area; responsible for design, purchasing and installation.

The Shepard House, Mercer Island - Responsible for the interior design efforts for the living room of this home, including the seating, art, carpets and miscellaneous furnishings,
The Butler House, Seattle - Provided the interior design, furnishings, purchasing and installation for this contemporary four-level, 3,000 square foot townhouse overlooking Lake Union on Capital Hill.
The Strang House, Medina - Responsible for the remodeling and construction of the kitchen and the baths of this eclectic fifty-year old home in Medina Heights, including all materials and layout.

The Stewart House, Seattle - Designed the major remodeling efforts for this two-level Magnolia traditional home, including a new commercial-style kitchen, new baths, living room, bedrooms and main entry.
The Hanover House, Mercer Island - Responsible for interior design services for this waterfront home located on the eastern shores of the island; efforts include carpets, finishes and furnishings.
The Schulze House, Mercer Island - Provided interior design services for this contemporary waterfront home the north side of the island; remodeling efforts included the sitting room, master bedroom, including flooring, furnishings, and art.
The Schwartz House, Kirkland - Provided remodeling services for architecture and interiors for this 3,500 square foot condo on Lake Washington, supervised construction and selected materials and furnishings.

The S.W. Thurston House, Medina - This 5,000 square foot house was constructed in the heart of an old established neighborhood; many local craftsmen and artist were used in creating the details, responsible for the architecture and interiors
The Sepic House, Mercer Island - Ongoing assistance with elements of the interiors for this residence on the northern shore of Lake Washington, including art, fabrics, flooring and furnishings.
The Jouflas House, Clyde Hill - Responsible for the interior design efforts for the living room of this home, including the seating, art, carpets and miscellaneous furnishings,
The Rice House, Bellevue - Responsible for the remodeling efforts of this northwest traditional 3,000 square foot home, including the bathroom remodeling, lighting detailing, carpeting, painting and other finishes and materials,
