F & A Office Building, Kirkland - Providing design services for the lobby, office spaces, elevators, and miscellaneous spaces for this 3-story office building. Services include interior architecture, ceilings, floors, furnishings and art.

Webster, Mrak and Blumberg Law Offices, Seattle - Planned and conducted space layouts for three different potential office spaces for this downtown law firm. Assessed design options and cost impacts.

King County, Seattle - Conducted a strategic facilities study, including the assessment of existing buildings; generated alternative solutions and developed a general master plan.

Department of General Administration, State of Washington - A strategic master plan for the State's office space was developed, including assessment of existing policies and needs and future requirements, and the financial implications.

The Robbins Company, Kent - Developed office layout alternatives; assessed the impact of growth and reduction of personnel requirements based upon future corporate plans.

Oregon State University, Corvallis - Performed assessment of existing office operations and systems; prepared feasibility reports presented to the State and University; acted as liaison in establishing long-range plans.

Metropolitan Hospitals, Portland - Assisted with developing facility requirements and layouts due to the merger of two hospitals; assessed existing facility and resources; analyzed policies, procedures, and operations.

University of Washington, Seattle - Conducted a relocation study for a segment of the University's operations; developed models for site analysis and evaluation, and economic feasibility.

Lake Union Office Building, Seattle - Generated design options for this office building, including assessing a variety of users and functions; developed preliminary cost estimates.

Schoenfeld Interiors – New Showroom, Bellevue - Designed showroom and support spaces for this retail furniture group, including layouts, materials, finishes, lighting, etc.
